Our Coffee

Ethiopia is a world-renowned coffee producer, with a rich history dating back to ancient times. As the largest coffee producer in Africa and the third-largest worldwide in terms of Arabica production, Ethiopian coffee boasts some of the most complex and exotic flavors on the coffee map. The country’s primary coffee-growing regions – Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, and Harrar – each offer unique flavor notes and processing techniques that inspire excellence and appreciation for everyday aesthetics. Yirgacheffe coffee is particularly notable for its unique fruit flavor and exceptional sweetness. Meanwhile, Sidamo coffee is known for its well-rounded, intricate, velvety, and unique aroma, with hints of lemon, tart berries, and cane sugar sweetness. Thanks to its high quality, Ethiopian coffee beans remain in high demand globally, cementing the country’s reputation as a top coffee producer.

Our Process

Ethiopia is renowned for its diverse coffee processing techniques, leveraging factors such as regional variations and individual farming methods. Wet-washed and sun-dried processing are the two predominant techniques utilized in coffee production. Sun-dried processing, involving fermentation, mature strawberries, and specialized sun-drying beds, preserves the coffee’s aroma and flavor.
