Ethiopian Coffee

With a rich coffee culture that dates back to ancient times, Ethiopia has established itself as the largest coffee producer in Africa and the third-largest globally in terms of Arabica production. It is widely acknowledged to be the birthplace of the beloved brew, and it features some of the most complex and exotic flavors on the coffee map. Three primary coffee-growing regions- Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, and Harrar- make up the Ethiopian coffee industry, each with unique flavor notes and processing techniques. Ethiopian coffee is revered worldwide, and its high-quality beans remain in high demand.

Yirgacheffe Coffee

Yirgacheffe, a region situated in Southern Ethiopia, is renowned for its exceptional coffee production. Its remarkable coffee beans are the result of ideal weather conditions, high altitude, rich soil, and a tropical climate, which provide the perfect environment for coffee plants to flourish.

Sidamo coffee

Sidamo is a highly-regarded coffee-growing region located in Southern Ethiopia – a destination frequented by seasoned coffee aficionados. This area is rich in lush highlands, nutrient-dense volcanic soil, and is bestowed with optimal climatic conditions, which are all crucial ingredients for the coffee production process.

Guji Coffee

Guji Coffee is a specialty coffee from the Guji Zone in southern Ethiopia’s Oromia Region, grown at high altitudes on small farms using traditional methods. Renowned for its complex and vibrant flavor profile, Guji coffee often features fruit-forward, floral, and chocolate notes with a smooth, balanced body.
